Senior Relationship Manager Open Architecture Solutions

About this Opportunity:

As an Senior Relationship Manager Open Architecture Solutions you will be tasked with leading the build out of product on Orion platforms such as third-party direct indexing models, fixed income SMA's and manager delivered models. This position will develop operational procedures to be able to launch and maintain these types of strategies. They will identify process improvement opportunities and assist in reviewing existing functionalities to challenge and verify current validity across Orion partners platforms. For External Candidates:
Candidates must work in-office at one of the following locations for at least 3 days per week: Berwyn, PA; Omaha, NE.

In this role, youll get to:

• Lead operational initiatives to setting up unique manager products (i.e. Fixed Income SMA, third partymanager direct indexing models, manager traded solutions)

• Establish relationships with the strategists, custodian and any external party who will be involved in theoperational set up of managers

• Work closely with RIA's and B/D's to establish manager lines up's they are requesting

• Build profiles and model structures for New Strategists, acquiring good knowledge of all systemsresponsible for proper setup

• Foster a collaborative work environment, assisting colleagues across departments and sharing knowledge and best practices, contributing to the creation of new helpful tools such as queries and reports

• Identify process improvement opportunities. Assist in reviewing existing functionalities to challenge and verify current validity across Orion partners platforms

• Collaborate with team members in creating and maintaining training material, documenting procedures, and updates both internal and Strategist facing

Were looking for talent who:

• Has an in depth knowledge of operational set up of strategists

• Has a good understanding of custodians and the workflow needed to set up different types of managers(i.e. Fixed Income SMA, manager traded models and third party direct indexing. A working understanding of a UMA structure and how all managers can be operationally available within a UMA

• Has a minimum of Bachelors degree preferred

• Has minimum of 5 years experience

• Has ability to travel

• Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
