Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. This position plays a key role in driving occupancy, supporting residents, and creating a welcoming leasing experience. Responsibilities

• Show apartments and assist prospective residents through the leasing process

• Respond to inquiries and schedule property tours

• Collect applications, assist with rent collection, and manage resident records

• Create and maintain online rental listings

• Support marketing efforts to attract qualified applicants

• Prepare lease agreements and ensure accurate documentation

• Address resident needs with professionalism and care

• Assist with office tasks and property-level compliance

Qualifications: 

• 1+ year of experience in customer service (leasing, hospitality, retail, or admin)
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work some weekends and overtime
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

• 1–2 years in residential leasing or property management
• 3–5 years in sales
• Experience with AppFolio or other leasing software
• Rent collection and court preparation experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
