Position Overview:
The Marketing Campaign Strategist is responsible for developing and managing the ad campaign and promotions calendar across both digital and print media, ensuring alignment with the brand's overall marketing objectives. They collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and execute campaign briefs, while also creating and maintaining documentation and training materials to support internal stakeholders. As a brand expert, they continuously stay informed about customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to provide data-driven strategic recommendations. This role also involves monitoring campaign performance, channel budgets, optimizing for key metrics, and driving continuous improvement in advertising efforts.
Key Accountabilities:
- Campaign Development and Management: Oversee and plan a comprehensive ad campaign and promotions calendar for digital and traditional media, aligning with brand goals and timelines, while ideating new creative campaigns to drive engagement and acquisition.
- Campaign Coordination: Coordinate with strategy, brand, and creative teams, and serve as the main contact for internal departments and agency partners to ensure consistent, effective campaign execution.
- Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain campaign calendar documentation and training resources for internal use by brand teams, Franchise Marketing Coaches, and relevant team members.
- Brand Expertise: Build expertise in the brand's service models, customer needs, and competitive landscape to create campaigns informed by market insights.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Track campaign performance using metrics like CPC, CPL, paid appointments, and ROI, delivering regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations to align campaigns with business goals, ensuring seamless execution across all media channels and touchpoints.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, required.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field, preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) or more years’ experience managing marketing campaigns, including strategy development, execution, and optimization.
- Ability to analyze performance data, interpret key metrics (e.g., CPC, CPL, ROI), and make data-driven decisions.
- In-depth understanding of [channel specialty], tools, and industry best practices.
- Experience in managing and allocating advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Familiarity with integrating [channel specialty] with other marketing channels, such as Google, social media, email marketing, and SEO.
- Ability to work closely with creative teams to develop engaging ad copy and visuals.
- Experience creating and maintaining documentation and training materials for advertising strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and presenting performance reports.
- Continuous learning about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and brand service models.
