As part of our aggressive growth strategy in the Americas, we are looking for a high-performing Technical Sales Engineer to ensure we meet our revenue growth targets by providing great product expertise to potential customers, specifically focusing on our Manufacton product. 

What You Will Do

  • Provide sales technical demonstrations and respond to potential customer queries through frequent interaction with the sales team
  • Interact face-to-face with potential and existing customers, typically at industry conferences, association meetings and exhibitions.
  • Provide webinar-based training for existing and potential customers
  • Develop key customer relationships, leading to increased satisfaction and sense of value, thus increasing customer retention.
  • Explain complex workflows and technology in simple, easy to follow terms.
  • Leverage your industry knowledge in Architecture, Engineering and Construction to help and teach customers best practices for using Allplan software.
  • Create and maintain regional technical documentation (FAQs), how-to guides and videos, and promotional documentation

  • Customer Demonstrations. You'll lead product demos centered on MEP workflows - including prefabrication planing & coordiation. 
  • Webinars & Training. You'll host sessions focused on MEP-specific workflows, such as coordinating pipes, ductwork, electrical runs, BIM intregration, and more. 
  • Industry Outreach. Representing ALLPLAN at MEP industry events, you will build trust and awareness among those focused on what our products do. 
  • Customer Advocacy & Relationship Building. You will build and maintain relationships with MEP contractors, leveraging insights from the industry to provide feedback into product strategy.
