What You Will Do

The Legal Assistant plays a vital role in supporting corporate executive, legal and property management leaders by delivering high-level legal and administrative assistance. This position is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and red-lining legal documents, as well as supporting litigation, state and federal compliance in various areas, licensing, entity management, due diligence and state set-up/annual filing activities. Additionally, the Legal Assistant maintains accurate legal records and must exercise sound judgment, uphold strict confidentiality, and ensure that all work complies with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. The Legal Assistant supports the operational needs of a fast-paced, growing, multi-state organization.


Qualifications
:

  • Three years of related experience. Proven ability to provide clear guidance while offering practical solutions.

Education, Licenses, or Certificates Required:

  • Legal Assistant Degree or higher preferred but not required
  • Ability to obtain Real Estate Brokers License in various states, as needed
  • If not currently a notary, obtain within first ninety (90) days of employment
