What will a GM do every day?

Financial Management through P&L, budgeting, and key performance review
Execution of Pharmacy Operations Strategic Plan goals and objectives
Execution of consistent Operational Excellence through best practices in a patient safety first culture yielding optimal productivity and performance with highly engaged employees
Oversight of regulatory compliance
Recruit, develop, and retain strong operations team leadership and staff
Retain customers through strong relationships and prompt response to identified concerns, performing customer business reviews and maintaining quality service levels that exceed customer expectations; acts as the primary relationship holder for designated customers
Support sales to achieve growth objectives
Travel up to 25% of time

GM minimum requirements will include:

Degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy, Health Care Administration Program, or other accredited health care curriculum
LTC Management experience - Pharmacy or other LTC related healthcare leadership
Ability to analyze financial reports and legal documents
Ability to lead through intentional culture and values-based leadership
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with senior leadership, subordinates, colleagues, staff, customers, public, and regulatory groups
Knowledge of Office 365 and remote communication tools
Lean Management or change management training/experience preferred

You must be reliable and have a solid work history to be seriously considered for the position. A completed pre-employment drug screen and background check will be conducted.
