Nebraska Medicine Scheduling Analyst - Resource Management Center

Shift Details:

Part time - 24 hours per week

Third shift - 7:00pm-7:00am

2 shifts per week

2 weekend shifts per month required

Collaborate with leaders to maximizes resource efficiency through the end to end resource cycle from schedule creation through precise placement assuring the right person is at the right place at the right time. Analyze RMC trends, including call volumes, call patterns, staff productivity, attrition rates, and resource allocation. Ensure customer service needs are met by coordinating and adjusting staffing needs a timely manner. Create reports to be used for capacity planning within the RMC. Coordinate with other departments when outages occur and calls must be redirected. Provide guidance for team members, clinics, and other areas by creating a positive work environment to maintain patient and employee satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year experience in an office, call center or healthcare environment required.

  • High school education or equivalent required.

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills required.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments competently, accurately and efficiently required.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two years of relevant scheduling experience preferred.

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Experience with writing and updating reports preferred.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs preferred.
