The Water, Climate, and Health (WCH) Project Manager (PM) with limited guidance, will oversee evaluation and performance measurement for planning, implementing, and reporting on key project and portfolio milestones for all capabilities, activities, and timelines of the assigned project. The PM will work on moderately complex projects with the Principle Investigator(s),capability leaders, project teams, and subject matter experts to define, source, and track
outcomes-based metrics measured throughout the project. The PM will conduct independent strategic task implementation and will bring together appropriate working groups of internal and external partners to achieve the goals of the program.
