Thorough knowledge of commercial HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems. Thorough knowledge of electronics and the ability to troubleshoot on a component level. Ability to multitask and function in a potentially high stress, fast paced environment. Skilled in the use of test equipment for balancing air and water distribution systems. The incumbent is expected to modify approach to tasks to fit circumstances. |
