Must be able to interface in a professional manner with individuals at all levels. 4. Strong customer focus skills essential. Ability to communicate with people in a supportive capacity, and must be able to identify & triage health care needs. 5. Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and Third Party Insurance billing protocols and preauthorization guidelines. 6. Familiarity with medical billing such as CPT, HCPCS, ICD10 coding. Ability to handle confidential matters discreetly. |
