Healthcare United is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join a well-established practice located at in Collegeville, IN.

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 36 hours of patient contact
• Shared rotating call: 1:6
• Average outpatient volume: patients per day
• Telehealth offered

• Established practice
