Dates of Coverage: 4/01/23 - 7/01/23Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5pmPay Rate: $130/hr plus covered malpractice insuranceScope of Work: Diagnose and treat work-related injuries, perform pre-placement, DOT, public safety, and surveillance physical examinations. Evaluate and treat urgent care patients on a walk-in basis. Must be comfortable suturing!Requirements: BLS, DEA, active and unrestricted Indiana license, and DOT certified is preferredTravel/Housing: Client prefers local candidates but willing to cover travel and lodging for the right candidate.
