Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
Active, unrestricted NM license
Clean DEA/Malpractice/NPDB
ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications
Credentialing Timeframe: up to 60 days Patients per shift: 24 average EMR: Next Gen Travel & Lodging covered Malpractice Insurance Covered Rate: No rate set; please offer your going rate.
