PRN, 1 day per week (max)
3-5 Veterans per day
$550/day
No treating or prescribing
Assessment experience a plus but not required
State License must be in good standing

Additional Positions - NP & PA Assignments:

North Platte, NE Wednesdays 9 AM - 5 PM
Grand Rapids, MN Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
Duluth, MN Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4 PM
Sheridan, WY - Part time - 1 day/week between 8:30-5:30pm MST (no specific day of week)

Rock Springs, WY - 1 day a week between 8-5pm - any day Monday through Friday

Examinations begin with a review of the Veteran s medical history, which includes an abstract that highlights portions of the history applicable to the Veteran s claim. Our providers are proud to deliver high quality, convenient health care by:

Submitting electronic records within 24-hours of the exam

Requirements:

Active state licensure in respective state
