Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

St. Luke s Health system is seeking an Advanced Practitioner to join their highly collegial patient focused Occupational Health team. The selected individual will be based primarily in Meridian but may need to float to Nampa and Boise, seeing occupational health patients for pre-employment physicals, drug screens, workers comp evaluations and scheduled follow up appointments.

The APP works under the supervision of a designated physician, and in collaboration with a team of other providers and staff.
