Position Highlights :

• 4-Day Work Week
• Outpatient and No Call
• 18-20 patients per day
• Patient-Centered Medical Home with integrated medical and behavioral health teams
• Epic EMR with integrated AI scribe

Compensation & Benefits :

• Salary: $150K-$185K commensurate with experience
• Signing Bonus/Relocation: $30K
• 35.5 Days of PTO Annually
• NHSC and State Loan Repayment Program Eligibility

Qualifications :

• Graduate of an accredited FNP program
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible if completing FNP training
• Must be comfortable with seeing patients of all ages, particularly adolescents
