Primary Care Outpatient Clinic Role:
Patient-Centered Care: Provide top-tier primary care in a supportive, traditional clinic setting.

Position Requirements:
Education: Master s Degree in Nursing required.
Experience: 2-5 years of job-related experience required, with 6-10 years preferred.
Licensure/Certifications:
CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) certification
Current Registered Nurse License in Illinois
Nurse Practitioner License in Illinois
