Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) needed for a Locum Tenens assignment in Midland County MI

Work Dates Needed: 8/5-8/9, 8/12-8/16, 8/19-8/23, 8/26-8/30, 9/3-9/6, 9/9-9/13, 9/16-9/20, 9/23-9/27, 9/30-10/4, 10/7-10/11, 10/14-10/18, 10/21,10/25, 10/28-11/1, 11/4-11/8, 11/11-11/15, 11/28-11/22, 11/25-11/27; Also, 12/26, 12 30 if possible
Preferred Schedule: 40 hour work week. M-F. 4) 10 hour shifts but the day off is to be determined
Worksite Setting: Onsite facility. Outpatient Family Medicine clinic
Scope of Work: Family Medicine
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: current MI license, DEA, BLS, TB and Drug Screen
EMR: EPIC or MD-Scripts
Pay: $75.00-$80.00 per hour plus expenses
