Position: Board Eligible/Board Certified Pulmonary Critical Care Physician
Location: Lake County, Indiana (Less than 1 hour from Chicago)

Position Highlights: - Work Schedule:
- 32 patient contact hours with 4 administrative hours.
- Call Schedule:
- Weekday call: 3-4 times per month.
- Weekend & holiday call: 1:3 with Nurse Practitioner support.
- Possible outreach to nearby locations.
- Patient Care:
- Mix of outpatient and inpatient care.
- Average inpatient volume varies.
- Procedures Required:
- Arterial line, chest tube, central line, intubation, thoracentesis.
- Technology:
- Utilize EPIC electronic medical records.
- Facilities:
- State-of-the-art settings with robust support staff.
- Strong mentoring opportunities from seasoned physicians.
Requirements
- Completion of US Residency Program.
- Fellowship training in Pulmonary/Critical Care.
- Board-Certified/Board-Eligible in Pulmonary/Critical Care.
- Active or pending IN State License.
- No malpractice history.
- Strong work ethic and exceptional communication skills.
- Team-oriented, patient care-focused professional.
