Urgent Care Physician Assistant

SCHEDULE :

• Shift times are 8a-8p
• Needing 2-3 days of locum coverage per week in December
• 3 days a week for Jan/Feb

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Standard Credentialing is 60-90 days
• All ages seen
• EMR - EPIC
• Cold and Flu Symptoms: Aches, Cough, Fever, Nasal Congestion
• Sinus and Allergy Symptoms: Itchy Eyes, Nasal Congestion, Nasal Discharge, Facial Pressure and Pain, Cough
• Conjunctivitis (Pink Eye)
• Diarrhea
• Ear Infections
• Eye Irritation
• Headaches
• Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD)
• Strep Throat
• Insect Bites
• Rashes: Poison Ivy, Ringworm, Shingles, Scabies, Hives
• Minor Burns
• Minor Scrapes, Cuts or Bruises
• Minor Injuries: Sprains, Muscle Strains
• Nausea and Vomiting
• Joint Sprains
• Urinary Tract Infections (UTI)

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :

• Board Certified/Board Eligible - Strong preference for BC or a set date for testing for taking the boards. REQUIRED
• MO state license - REQUIRED, no exceptions
• Covid Vaccination - REQUIRED
• DEA - Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear
