Dates of Coverage: Sporadic vacation weeks throughout 2025 as needed

Details/Requirements for Assignment:
- Illinois license, ACLS, PALS, BLS, and Board Certification required
- Monday through Friday, 6:30am-2:30pm
- 1:3 night and weekend call. Call required
- Case mix: General Surgery, Ophthalmology, OB/GYN, ENT, Podiatry, Ortho, Endoscopies, and Urology
- MD will be supervising CRNAs
- 60-90 days to credential
