Beauty Product/Therapy Specialist are responsible for training store employees as well as ISA's in various beauty products, treatments, techniques, and practices. Job Description
Develop and implement training curriculum based on the latest beauty industry standards and trends
Explain and teach how to use our beauty products
Conduct practical demonstrations and provide hands-on training to employees and ISA's
Monitor employee/ISA's progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their skills
Ensure all training activities comply with health and safety regulations
Stay updated on the latest beauty therapy trends, techniques, and products
Promote sales utilizing strategic and tactical know-how
Networking to increase foot traffics to the stores
Manage training materials, including ordering supplies as needed
Maintain professional relationships with all employees/ISA's, providing guidance and support as needed
Collaborate with other beauty industry professionals to stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years in Beauty industry such as cosmetics, skin care shops/companies.
Have sourcing experience in cosmetic products.
Have intensive experience in training for products and techniques.
Prefer English and Korean
