Pt. seen per day:
Support staffing: 2 3 clinical support staff per shift. Mix of RN s & CMA s
Medical Director available via email/EPIC/phone during the day
Patient Population: All ages
Job Details
Type: NP only, PA s cannot be considered
New Grads Accepted: No, must have experience and be able to work independently
Clinic Schedule: 8am- 6pm four days a week, no call
EMR: EPIC
Licenses and Certifications: Oregon medical license and DEA, BLS, COVID Vaccination Requirement Vaccination required and accepting exemptions
