We are seeking a talented AJO Platform Architect to lead high-priority platform implementation projects and provide ongoing support across various marketing automation and journey orchestration platforms. Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of AJO projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, solution architects, and marketing strategists.
- Support ongoing platform enhancements and optimizations to improve user experience.
- Utilize knowledge of industry trends and best practices to inform project strategies.
- Engage in data management and campaign best practices to drive effective marketing solutions.
- Provide expertise in journey orchestration and customer interaction strategies.
Skills
- Proven experience in AJO implementations and journey management.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation technologies and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Adobe Journey Optimizer certification is preferred.
- Experience in agency settings or similar environments.
- Familiarity with data sources, audience definition, and decision management in AJO.
- Knowledge of non-native activation and journey orchestration techniques.
