Minimum of two (2) years of experience in physical therapy preferred. Education:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. License:
Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Iowa. Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
