In this Lead Technician role, you will oversee a team of technicians that meet with families and individuals who need to make their home safe and accessible for seniors or individuals who are physically impaired and/or are recovering from medical procedures. Our scope of solutions include installing grab bars, stair railings, toileting supports, wheelchair ramps and stair lifts.

Through our work as a licensed general contractor, we make home accessibility modifications to improve the quality of life for seniors and their caregivers. The ideal candidate for us would be a mature individual with prior experience in a lead role in a home improvement related service business and/or one with electro-mechanical skills and stair lift installation experience.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Expert and broad home improvement/repair skills
• Experience working independently in a residential field service capacity
• Experience supporting and directing the work of others
• Working with technology (iPads, apps, cloud computing, field service management)
• Capable of lifting 50 - 75 lbs. independently on occasion
• Superior communication skills and bedside manner
• Clean background and driving record

Key Elements of Your New Job:

• In a full-time job, your work schedule would be 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday - Friday
• The pay range is $30 - $60 an hour; depending on experience and fit for our needs
• You would receive paid vacation, sick leave and holidays
• You can participate in our 401k - we provide a 4% company match
• We offer year-end profit sharing (up to 9% of your pay)
• You are eligible for Company health insurance
